Herb Crusted Lemon Chicken
Plump breast of Chicken marinated with lemon and thyme, baked with a herb crust and served on roast peppers glazed with balsamic vinegar
Poached Fillets of Bream Farci
Fillets of Bream filled with Salmon Mousse, served with white wine cream reduction
Wild Mushroom Risotto
Arborio rice combined with shallots, garlic, wild mushrooms, cream, white wine and Parmesan cheese, topped with sundried tomatoes
Braised Leg of Lamb
Prime Zimbabwean Lamb, cooked gently with aromatic herbs served with champ potatoes and cooking liquor

DESSERT

Caramelised Banana
Served with Bailys ice cream
Creme Brulee
Accompanied by berry compote and apple sorbet
