Out of all international cuisines he states Indian to be his favourite, and the very best he’s tried in Southern Africa is at Ghazal, a Johannesburg Indian restaurant. In more local terms he lists Da Eros as his favourite Harare restaurant, placing particular emphasis on the seafood pasta which is his popular choice.
