Chang Thai Spices up Harare

In the Thai language Chang means elephant, which is a very meaningful symbol in Thai for long-lasting friendship, good fortune and happiness. Chang is the inspiration for the name of the new restaurant in town the ‘Chang Thai’.

Consequently, the restaurant strives to represent the virtues of the elephant in every dish they serve. Located in Msasa, Chang Thai Restaurant prides itself on an amazing authentic Thai cuisine, warm and friendly service and an atmosphere to enjoy fresh, flavorsome and traditional dishes, ensuring a perfect dining experience. Considering their Thai inspiration, there are multiple options for vegetarian dishes on their curries and stir fries.

The restaurant is owned by Bruce McDonalds and his wife Aui who is from Thailand.  He has taken his fascination with Thai food to new heights with this new restaurant. A full time Thai chef from Thailand oversees the kitchen.
