I like working with Vinegar and Onions, I like working with Chicken and Pork, Pasta - Fettucine

Food is a diverse thing, it never stays the same, it changes with the individual so give it your best.
Q : What is your favourite cooking gadget?
I love working with flour and the Rolling Pin is my favourite gadget, the technique brings out the best qualities of the flour.
Q: Which cook books do you refer to?
I like Gordon Ramsay and Nigella Lawsons cook books
Q: What do you enjoy cooking at home?
I love to make a fried rice with stir fried veg served with a Salad.
Q: What are your career plans?
I off to Culinary Arts School in South Africa to further my education and then I will be back to open my own Restaurant in Harare.
